About Me
With over 20 years of experience as a dietitian, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people overcome complex digestive and autoimmune conditions. I’m an active member of the College of Dietitians of British Columbia and am certified as an IBS and low FODMAP dietitian through Monash University. My work focuses extensively on gastroenterology, digestive health, and autoimmune-related conditions such as Hashimotos.
Beyond client care, I have over a decade of experience in teaching, clinical research, and public speaking. I’ve contributed to research in areas such as biology, immunology, and gene sequencing, which has deepened my understanding of how nutrition impacts our health at the cellular level. Currently, I serve as a clinical instructor at the University of British Columbia, mentoring the next generation of dietitians.
I also offer virtual consultations and corporate wellness workshops, making it easier than ever to access expert guidance, no matter where you are.
