Balancing Your Hormones for Weight Loss
As the New Year comes, many of us are looking to get back into shape, shed those holiday pounds and return to a more healthy lifestyle. Most of us know that eating less sugary treats and exercising regularly helps to improve metabolism, however there is more to it than that. Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/3 cup canned low-sodium black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 scallion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Directions
In a medium bowl, gently toss all ingredients to combine.
